Defense of a Multi-Million Dollar Wrongful Death Lawsuit against Ford Motor Company and Cooper Tire and Rubber Company.  The attorneys at DMT assisted in the successful defense of Cooper Tire and Rubber Company in a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving a Ford Explorer rollover accident that resulted in the death of the driver.  The Plaintiff sued Cooper Tire in federal court in the Middle District of Florida for manufacturing a defective tire that contributed to the accident. At the conclusion of a lengthy trial, a jury trial found that Cooper Tire was not liable.
